Ninja Mart is an innovative go-to-market business that connects FMCG brands with storefronts as distribution channels in Vietnam and Malaysia. As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a Regional Planning Analyst to support the business planning initiativies financially and operationally.

Responsibilities

• Support in building and improving business process flows across the region
• Support in creating and analyzing new business propositions (e.g. Financing, POS ordering)
• Assist in risk management activities (financial risk, operational risk, manpower risk)
• Support in quarterly forecasts and strategic budget activities for the business
• Assist in business reporting activities, including tracking business metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 0-2 years of working experience in Finance, Business Operations, Excel Modeling, Accounting, Consulting
• Good stakeholder management skills, able to work together with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for creating and analysing models
• Good team player
• Able to work with uncertainty and ambiguity
