Today 92% of the materials in our collection are more sustainably sourced.As the Regional PR Assistant Manager, you are responsible for press communication and activations to drive brand awareness, traffic, as well as building media relationships. \xe2\x80\x8b In this role, you adapt global brand initiatives for regional markets to secure press coverage, media engagement, while growing the brand community across all digital and physical channels.\xe2\x80\x8bWhat you will do:

  • Lead PR agencies in the relevant markets to ensure that opportunities are maximized and manage the media enquiries
  • Work with Regional PR Manager, develop and implement localized communication/PR/media relations strategy for the markets
  • Establish workflow and asset co-ordination to provide the local PR agencies with all relevant brand info and strategic updates such as PR plans, press releases, imagery, samples, seeding plans, and suchlike
  • Work with affiliate Marketing Team to support with the influencer strategy and seeding across the defined markets
  • Manage sample movement regionally and be the point of contact for regional PR teams, agencies, and Showroom teams
  • Collaborate with local teams to identify suitable celebrities and KOLs for each campaign to meet brand objective and business goal
  • Support the local teams and agencies to implement press gifting and seeding strategies
  • Monitor and track results against KPIs and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for relevant projects
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a similar level and position across fashion / luxury / lifestyle PR or communications
  • Experience working across Asia Pacific region
  • Strong network with PR agencies, media, celebrities and influencers
  • Maintain curiosity & sensitivity to market climates and key consumer trends, especially in fashion
  • A good team player with interpersonal skills, positive attitude, independent, responsible and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with international teams
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, any additional Asian languages would be advantageous
