POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will assist the Regional Procurement Director in strategic procurement initiatives for the AMAP region. These initiatives are related to consolidation, standardization, sustainability and margin improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to learn different aspects of the Procurement function within a short duration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the Regional Tender processes like Tender drafting \xe2\x80\x93 30%
• Work on one or two Strategic Projects like Travel Management Consolidation, IT Regional Buying or Regional Social Media/Ecommerce Procurement Strategy- 30%.
• Assist in the Procurement ESG Initiatives \xe2\x80\x93implementing short term goals and roadmap for long term goals \xe2\x80\x93 30%
• Standardization and Refresh of Regional Procurement Policies \xe2\x80\x93 10%

KNOWLEDGE/ QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Preferably undergoing a course in Supply Chain or Procurement or Data Analytics.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Key interactions with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance functions.
