Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional Procurement Manager to be part of their Procurement team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North ' easily accessible. The Duties of Regional Procurement Manager are: Responsible for the existing raw & package material supplier to ensure requirements are met Source for indirect suppliers to contract process management Responsible for all local procurement related activities Responsible for suppliers evaluation (e.g. delivery, quality, cost, market, etc., and leads efforts for risk management) Responsible for supplier negotiations, awards suppliers and conducts post negotiation debriefs Working closely with China part for direct procurement activities Ad hoc duties as assigned.
