Regional Procurement Manager - Full Time - Singapore, Singapore

Join our team within Chemtech division in Singapore as Regional Procurement Manager to help us take Chemtech to the next level.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop regional supply chain for key equipment in South East Asia to enable supply in customer proximity
• Extend the supply base to mitigate regional constraints and increase capacity and availability
• Improve out cost competitiveness (freight cost, raw material costs)
• Supplier development in the region
• Strategic alignment with business unit
• Map supply capabilities (regions, countries)
• Develop potential supply chains
• Verification / Qualification (Sulzer or 3rd party)
• Supplier long list / support short listing
• Set-up communication channel internal / external
• Support testing and qualification (Sulzer or 3rd party)
• Support / lead selection and award
• Support supply execution (expediting)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• 5 years of experience
• Strong Project Procurement experience
• Good knowledge of contractual terms
• Supply base experience in the region
