Your team

You will be part of P&G Regional Supply Chain Team in Asia Pacific. You will work closely with Manufacturing organizations, Global Technology team, Asia Pacific Business Team.

How success looks like

You analyse P&G supply chain performance, lead initiative delivery across supply chain nodes from Plant to market launch, propose and virtually ‘validate’ physical network changes and new operational strategies that are faster and better. You understand initiative delivery solutions on a more intimate level so that you engage in a deeper conversation with the supply chain operations, business teams, global platform team, and procurement team. You continue to develop knowledge about P&G operations in Japan, Korea markets, and their unique customer and sales channel logistics requirement. As Initiative Leader, continuously innovate & embrace industry leading solutions in supply chain work processes and simulation. You need to stay hyper connected with both Japan and Korea markets as well as global supply chain management and logistics community, tap into the innovation ecosystem, screen and bring outside technologies into P&G.

Responsibilities of the role

• Lead analyst supporting the full regional supply network redesign and optimization programs.
• Leading projects of Initiative Delivery for ASEAN markets based out of Singapore to deliver peak performance
• To provide category thought leadership and market of ASEAN markets domain knowledge regarding category and market to Singapore based Supply Chain Operations team.
• Build and validate data, simulation and optimization models that diagnose supply chain problems, run scenarios and simulations, and identify best or optimal solutions

Role Requirements

• Experience in ASEAN market Supply Chain is a MUST
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Data Science / Mathematics or relevant fields.
• ~5 years of working experience on supply chain designs or operations in an MNC
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable to work with data and models
• Have technical curiosity and courage to develop new approaches to big problems
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
• Experience working with team from diverse countries, especially across ASEAN markets.
