Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience leading and managing complex operational projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and handover, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
• Skilled in conducting project health checks, identifying risks or gaps, and implementing practical corrective and turnaround actions with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies, ensuring consistent application across all project stages.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives, including system migrations and process optimization, while maintaining operational continuity.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of operational project management experience within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proven success in managing end-to-end implementation projects from initiation to go-live including operational transitions and system deployments.
• Strong background in system migration and technology rollouts, particularly WMS and ERP solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse solution design and supply chain network optimization.
• Experience managing diverse project portfolios, including sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, cold chain, and high-tech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills with a solid understanding of commercial and operational logistics principles.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently under tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
