Job Description

We are representing our client, a NFP organisation. They deal with Agri-imports/exports of US produce. This role will be a project management role and will report directly to the Country Director.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as operational lead on large-scale programs and SEA\'s contracting.
• Monitor organisation\'s program approach, deliverables, and staffing plans to ensure compliance.
• Ensures project managers, project support specialists, and consultants adhere to event budgetary parameters and meet contract deliverables.
• Ensures project documentation, budget adjustments, and reporting are completed following guidelines.
• Provides and maintains monthly reports for qualitative and quantitative metrics for programs & contracts.
• Manage the region\'s E-database and E-filing system on SharePoint, including marketing materials.
• Trains, develops, mentors, and manages the project management team to ensure efficiency and effective productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in management, Marketing, or International Relations or related field.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Ability to build a team to engage in productive collaboration with domestic and international team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively, accurately, and concisely.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, navigate a fast-paced work environment, and adapt to changing regional situations to meet strict deadlines and requirements.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft products and related software.
• Familiarity with U.S. agriculture, agricultural programs, and policies is a plus.
