Regional Sales Enablement Lead

The Opportunity

This role is part of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team which is the main internal partner to the sales organization.
  • Ideate, program manage, and execute enablement projects to drive sales productivity and performance of our Global Business Group (GBG) Sales teams.
  • This is an APAC regional role driving program management and execution across all APAC markets, including Greater China region, India, AU + NZ, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam).
  • Serve as the go-to-expert in Sales process, tools, methodologies, and solutions to drive end-to-end excellence in sales performance, process and rigour.
  • Integrate new processes into Sales cadence and reporting insights.
  • Identify, scale and/or develop best practices, define goals, KPIs and actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.
  • Advocate for APAC needs; ideate and influence program design to improve the sales experience.
  • Anticipate and flag process/tooling/reporting improvement areas to internal teams and develop scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and handle escalations as needed, and ensure seamless execution during project launch/post-launch.
  • Provide regular updates to regional exec leadership on program progress, secure buy-in and sponsorships on core priorities.
Your Background
  • 10+ years experience in a sales operations, product/program management or equivalent role
  • High level of organization and project management with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced and highly complex environment.
  • Able to thrive as an agile, hands-on operator
  • Demonstrated experience managing regional Sales programs, driving process improvement, change management and/or operational excellence initiatives cross-functionally across multiple markets, with proven results
  • Strong presentation skills. Experience communicating with and/or influencing senior leadership
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, supported by analytical skills with technical ability in Excel, Tableau, PPT
  • Preferably with experience in tech industry working in global organizations, with ability to manage stakeholders across different time zones and locations
