Grab aims to create 100 million micro-entrepreneurs through its ecosystems.We are looking for a full-time intern for our team.About the TeamWe are a forward-looking team that\'s shaping the future of technology and society in Southeast Asia. Grab\'s Public Affairs team builds partnerships with governments to support national policy agendas, engage constructively with government and other partners on public policy discussions, and guide projects to maximise the positive potential of technology to create impact in Southeast Asia. You will be fully on-site.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategy implementation for Grab\'s public affairs teams:

• You will work with Grab\'s regional and country public affairs teams to analyse and provide insights on public policy issues, develop positions and recommendations to promote Grab\'s social mission
• You will develop strategies and projects related to Grab\'s public affairs goals
• You will work with other teams at Grab to develop public affairs-related plans and projects

Support Grab\'s efforts on public affairs:

• You will research on public policy issues that are at the intersection of technology and society
• You will work with other teams at Grab to develop campaigns that build our reputation as a trusted industry leader in our markets, e.g. planning of dialogues and roundtable discussions
• You will develop collateral and materials that create industry insights to inform our markets

Help develop partnerships with government, community and private partners to support Grab\'s public affairs work:

• You will coordinate between external partners and other teams to build partnership programmes

QualificationsSkills Required

• Have knowledge in policy issues that relate to the technology industry and Grab\'s business
• Evaluate challenges and develop solutions
• Project management and planning
• Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
• Experienced at prioritising tasks
• Undergraduate or Masters student in either of the following: Public Policy, Business Admin / Management, International Relations, Economics, Political Science, Social Science, or other relevant courses
