KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design Planning and Execution - Responsible to create and develop merchandising display themes and guidelines in advance, according to marketing plans and regional timeline. - Merchandising space planning and design curation of branded retail environments. - Manages and optimize planogram for the APAC region. - Conceptual development for Visual Merchandising and direction for the APAC region. - Creation of detail design package for Point of Sales Materials (POSMs) and displays to ensure quality and consistency in execution. - Manage and liaise with vendor to ensure POSMs are produced and delivered within timeline. - Oversee APAC markets planning and guide them on Visual Merchandising Design (VMD) direction and guidelines for regional in-store execution and deployment. - Design and visualize outpost and events spaces to support brand marketing activities. - Participates and supports key store executions and openings. - Generate execution reports for each campaign. - Supports in-house design projects like . Collateral design . Visuals and editorial collaterals . Design and content visualization for product lines, including web banners . Adaptation of visual artworks, video editing is a plus . Create artwork and adapt visual artworks for Digital usage Counter Maintenance - Conduct counter audits and post install reviews to merchandising guidelines are adhered to. - Ensure market execution are high quality and well-maintained. Partner Development and Team Building - Provides advise and direction to affiliate teams on matters relating to VMD. - Provides clarity and direction to production partners for design details and merchandising production. - Manages external suppliers and production teams for production, including prototyping, timeline and cost management. - Works with agency partners to ensure content creation is aligned with brand guidelines. Creative Merchandising Development and Production - Create innovative and relevant merchandising design solutions for affiliate market teams. - Supports Regional Marketing Team to design, curate and achieve improved capex optimization for the region. - Visual asset creation, adaptation, and art direction ie. photography, backdrops patterning. - Supports Regional Brand team with GWP/products on design, material, and colour selection. - Creative development and supports Global Creative in the design and production of key product marketing visual assets. Business Building - Conducts market visits and keeps tab on current competitive market merchandising trends. - Reviews and assesses regional production quotes planning. - Manage brand asset library, updates server, maintains clear content storage for future reference. Requirements - Minimum Diploma in graphic design, visual merchandising design, retail design, industrial design or product design. - At least 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Full works) and Microsoft Office applications. - Video editing, drafting, 3D & 2D, space planning and photography experience is an advantage. - A team player with minimal supervision and has an eye for detail, versatile with a willing to learn attitude.
