Cost Our client is one of the luxury fashion brands originating from Swiss. We seek a Regional Retail Operation Executive for the OSEA and Japan markets. Job Responsibilities: Retail operations . Cost management & ordering of Retail Services . Coordinate with all OSEA stores to print forms and stationery such as cash memos, retail name cards, CRM cards, signage, requisition of retail staff uniforms etc. . Coordinate with PR & Marketing on event calendar planning for SEA . Coordinate with Merchandising team and Retail team on arrangements for seasonal product training . Preparation of Purchase Request / Purchase order for retail-related services in OSEA as per HQ compliance process . Assist in managing OSEA store's services contracts /quotations to ensure cost efficiency Sales Performance Analyze & Reports . Preparation of OSEA sales-related reports on a weekly and monthly basis by store and by the market for Retail from the SAP system and Analysis Tool. . Preparation of OSEA & Japan budget reports and presentations. Job Requirements: . 2 years of work experience in retail management . Proficient in Microsoft Office Application . Knowledge of SAP is an advantage . Excellent written and oral English & Mandarin skills . Minimum traveling may be required
