Position Summary
As a Retail Innovation Specialist, you'll be working on projects that connect online and offline experiences.
This role will involve close coordination & collaboration with the retail teams of local subsidiaries and contribute to creating high-quality reports for C-level executives
Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport field force strategy development and execution for the region including resource allocation (deployment efficiency), compensation and benefits management, promoter grading, training/ capability development and design of rewards & recognition to achieve the set field force KPIs. This is in coordination with Subsidiary retail operations and regional human resources team
Proactively drive retail O2O/ Omnichannel shopper journey
Distil best practices of retail executions and scale across region with speed
Analyse regional market trends, internal data, customer feedback, competition, current offering structure and strategic priorities to define new offerings for the region, create go-to-market strategies and plans, and drive go-to-market execution
Liaise with subsidiaries in ASEAN/ANZ to translate strategy into executions and eventually results
Align regional retail strategy to complement HQ programs and plans
Provide and summarize related report to the management
Skills and QualificationsBachelor Degree with relevant years of retail, trade marketing, and/or channel marketing experience in Consumer Goods. Regional experience would be ideal.
