The Company

Our client is a SGX listed conglomerate with over 40 years of history and strong global presence across 40 countries. They are leading in infrastructure and all the other business lines in the APAC regions. With constant growing revenue and over 15,000 employees globally, they are now partnering with us for a Risk and Compliance Manager to lead the ERM and compliance projects for the group business.

The Role

Reporting to regional head of risk and compliance, you will mainly take charge of both risk management and compliance management for the group business across the region (including SEA, China, Japan and even Europe). You will be highly involved in business units level risk review, development of ERM framework and compliance framework, and also obtaining the Anti-Bribery Management System certification etc. Also, you will be leading in exciting global process improvement projects and risk framework set-up.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must have

• Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance. CIA/CPA certification is an additional bonus.
• Preferred candidates with at least 6 years of big 4 audit exposure followed by commercial exposure (pure Big 4 candidates are welcome to apply as well).
• Experience with ERM and good understanding of risk and compliance is a must.
• Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is a strong plus to liaise with China counterparts.
