You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your customs brokerage expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your Role

You will be responsible for building up + expanding customer pipelines + portfolios within our stand-alone customs brokerage product to generate revenue. You will take the lead in developing + promoting new + existing customs digital products. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• To establish our customs brokerage strategy + product as per evolving market trends + opportunities.
• To develop pricing structures + sales development plans for stand-alone customs brokerage.
• To lead + drive the development of new business, while growing existing accounts to their full potential.
• To co-create marketing materials, client presentations + sales proposals used to acquire new business.
• To support local teams in stand-alone customs brokerage offerings.
• To effectively onboard + transition new business to operations, ensuring customer requirements are met + commitments delivered.
• To establish + implement business development procedures aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our team.
• To build sustainable partnerships with customers by conducting regular customer visits, business review sessions + satisfaction surveys, including reviewing processes for continuous improvement.

Your strong leadership skills + knowledge of customs brokerage, along with your customer + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
