Regional Road Logistics Intern (6 Months) | Singapore | req109776
You will be part of our Road Logistics team, adding your knowledge + perspective to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
YOUR ROLE
Your will be responsible for supporting the team with our daily activities + projects. You will do this by collaborating with various key stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To analyze tender requests, distribute tasks to internal stakeholders, review + validate information received from the internal stakeholders.
- To support in overseeing the entire process, including development of proposals as part of customers\' request for information or quotations.
- To assist bid owners in preparing proposal write-ups +/or presentations.
- To communicate tender feedback received with relevant functions in the organization.
- To ensure analysis is completed by bid owners for both successful + unsuccessful tenders.
- To support in the preparation of materials + market research, gathering insights + trends on our industry.
- To compile data + information from stakeholders.
- To provide administrative support in various processes + initiatives within the team.
- Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good analytical skills
- Digitally savvy + numerically sensitive
- Strong communication + organizational skills
- High learning agility + ability to multitask
