Regional Sales & Marketing Executive - Tanjong Pagar - $6000 + 1 Month VB

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining and updating regional sales pipeline, customer information via CRM/database
\xc2\xb7 Support the commercial team in preparing/update routine sales forecast reports
\xc2\xb7 Assist with the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collaterals, such as company/product catalogues, flyers, email campaigns
\xc2\xb7 Coordinating and scheduling sales and marketing events, such as trade shows, trainings, seminars and conferences
\xc2\xb7 Generate reports on sales and marketing activities and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, such as scheduling meetings and managing event calendars
\xc2\xb7 Conduct research & data analysis on sales, products, competitors, industry trends, and potential markets (both existing and potential markets)
\xc2\xb7 Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
\xc2\xb7 Answer and streamline phone calls and email inquiries
\xc2\xb7 Interface with customers and prospects via email or phone to schedule appointments or follow up on inquiries
\xc2\xb7 Manage digital marketing platforms
\xc2\xb7 Support office administration when required, and act as a back-up team member of Office admin to maintain day-to-day operations
\xc2\xb7 Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
