Role Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team, where you will develop marketing strategies for products and services offered by Cycling Bears and also develop new and manage existing client relationships to offer bespoke fitness solutions to clients.

You will also learn to implement these strategies and work within the luxury fitness industry. If you love fitness and design, and have a passion for sales, this is THE role for you.


Specific Responsibilities

You will be required to:

• Work as a team to brainstorm, develop and implement marketing plans.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Create new opportunities through business development, expanding the client base.
• Manage day-to-day sales, quotations, invoicing and specific project support.
• Work with the design team to design the client\'s fitness space.
• Set marketing schedules and collaborate with colleagues, PR team, digital marketing team & media representatives to implement strategies across multiple channels.
• Analyse trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Work with ambassadors and the digital marketing team to create content for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor and work with logistics providers and the Operations team, to ensure smooth delivery for each project.
  

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English; other languages an asset.
• Sales driven, ready to undertake a business development challenge.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Customer service oriented and strong communication skills.
• Interest in sports and fitness, or interior design
• At least 5 years of working experience preferred.
