We are looking for a highly driven individual to develop our company's expansion plans regionally. He / She will work closely with our existing regional partners/distributors in their market expansion efforts and finding new agents/partners in some markets. This role includes planning and executing short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies to drive the brand's positioning and increase market shares in the region. He/ She will be reporting to the Managing Director and work closely with our regional partners. Responsibilities . Plan, lead and execute all regional marketing activities, to identify the leads and support for the instrument sales in the region. Drive both online and offline campaigns, and maintain the product marketing materials up to date, including but not limited to brochure, website, PPTs . Generate and maintain new regional sales accounts . Build rapport and enhance positive relationships with regional partners/distributors and clients. . To plan training programs for all regional partners'/distributors' sales teams to equip them with the necessary products knowledge. To conduct products and sales training for our regional partners/distributors . To plan and forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, to ensure that regional sales targets are achieved . Convert marketing leads into sales results Job Requirements: . Bachelor's degree in business or any other related fields. Diploma with strong experience will be considered. . At least 3 years' experience on marketing instrumentation related products for oil & gas industry. . Keep up to date with the latest marketing tools for industry product marketing . Positive attitudes with excellent interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication, presentation skills. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high growth environment . Goals and performance-driven Benefits & Package . Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8 hours per day . Working location: Bukit Batok . Package: Basic wages + 13 months AWS + Sales commission . Insurance, medical, Travel allowance will be provided, . Annual leave 14 - 21 days
