Your Role:

Povide application support to the sales team and distribution in SEA. Responsible for sales growth of the distribution channels. Plan and achieve monthly sales targets and overall sales objectives of the distribution channels. (Focus in countries of Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines) Expand customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients in addition to managing existing distribution accounts. Present and promote products with comprehensive product knowledge to partners and end-users (preference in healium leak detection and turbopumps) Engage with clients through meetings to drive sales and provide technical support when needed, includinig retrofitting of obsolence models with new Collaborate with management to analyze business performance, identify growth areas, and execute action plan

To Success, you will need:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in vacuum industries (preference for high vacuum experience and PLC interface). Willingness to travel within the Asean region at least once every month. Confident in conducting technical training sessions and presentations for partners and customers. Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities Strong sales attitude with a willingness to support the sales team
