Job Description

:

• Work closely with the distributors to manage and build the key account business.
• Work closely with the distributors on the business execution plan within the approve budget.
• Lead in the execution of all plans, programs and activities for the distributor market as outlined by the marketing calendar for that market
• Coordinate, manage and implement all business plans and programs approved by the International Business Group.
• Coordinate, manage and implement all approved trade marketing plans and programs.
• Provide regular update key stakeholders on the business plans and execution status of the programs.
• Market checks to ensure shelves are stocked, competitor pricing/promo checks and reporting and feedback on trends/category developments in market

Job Requirement:

• At least 10 years\' experience in key account management within consumer industries with Regional Market, Commercial, Market Penetration, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. and Distributor Management experience
• Trade Marketing experience for consumer products is a must
• Product introduction experience is a major plus
• Entrepreneurial flair and a self-starter
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
