The se The role We are seeking an a Regional Sales Director to spearhead the growth within the APAC Region. This is a tremendous opportunity to own and develop a very target-rich and emerging Region. The selected individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of building the Region with support from the entire cross-functional team. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit where thinking out of the box will be essential. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in building a Region with an early-stage company in the Cyber Security segment. Responsibilities: Responsible for building out a sales territory across the APAC Region with a key focus on driving net new client acquisition. Focused on winning new logos to start with the vision of owning and developing the region over time (New Logos, Cross-sell & Upsell) The role will require a disciplined operational seller that can drive and lead a cross-functional team selling motion The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in working closely with the Channel and Alliances Selling at C-level down Strong Business Acumen & Sales Methodology (MEDDPICC) Deal sizes are typical $50-250k in ACV and can grow significantly over time Individual contributor role leading and owning accountability for the Regional relationship between partners and Ermetic Detail-oriented and able to think proactively and constructively becoming a multi-subject matter expert with a strong knowledge of CSP partner programs, solutions, and extended ecosystem partners Develop and execute an aggressive business plan with Partners, outlining an overarching partner strategy, Marketing activities, GTM, and sales targets Work with regional sales and partner teams to ensure successful local engagement on customer opportunities Develop strong relations and advocates with key decision-makers on the partner side, and their ecosystem, as well as with Ermetic to support the growth of their business Qualifications Experience working in the Cyber Security & Cloud Segments Experience in selling Cyber Security software solutions Strong track record of success in Mid-Market & Enterprise software sales Experience working for a start-up, high-growth companies Strong connections and network across the Ohio Valley/Great Lakes Region Understanding the SaaS Start-up market Team-player
