Pivotal role in the company’s regional sales strategy
About our Client:
Our Client is an international manufacturer within the aerospace industry with decades of experience and a global presence. Due to their continuous growth and commitment towards quality, product innovation and manufacturing excellence, they are currently looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director in developing existing and new business opportunities within Asia Pacific.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will act as the main interface with major airlines.
Acting on a regional basis, you will follow up on business opportunities and take lead in expanding the company’s territorial portfolio.
You will work directly on the promotion of airline cabin interior industry.
You will be responsible for solutions targeted at increasing customer satisfaction levels.
You will devise, implement and monitor sales strategies for the regional market.
You will also be supervising the internal CRM tool
You are to take charge of Relationship Management and Top Management Engagement
Own the process of proposals and of NDAs, Contracts, Purchase Agreements and GTAs
Candidate Profile:
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor Degree in Business or its equivalent. Engineering background would be a plus
Preferably at least 3 years of relevant working experience within the aerospace industry
You must have had prior significant experience in a Sales / Business Development role
You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) to communicate with other departments
Candidates who have connections with industry stakeholders such as fleet planners, cabin interior designers etc. as well as executive management would have a great advantage.
