Organize monthly regional sales call and attending weekly country sales meetings in providing accurate and timely sales report and market updates to Managing Director.
Provides regular regional sales reports on all key project metrics (won, lost, quoted, etc.) to Managing Director, enhance sales tracking, won but not entered projects, etc. as needed/requested.
Provide value-add contribution to all sales managers in early identification and tracking of high strategic global area projects involving regional sales pursuit opportunities (End-Destination and Locals Sales Office perspective).
Provide strong leadership in early engagement with Installed-Based End Users, Consultants, EPCs, System Integrators, for Pre-FEED, FEED stages to position process instrumentation and control opportunities together with Country sales.
Maximizes scope in all Project tender / bidding submission by ensuring inclusion on all products, technical competency, compliance documentation from feeder factories in Project AVL / AML / ABL.
Participates in key strategic projects Technical Bid Evaluations, Technical Clarification and Commercial Negotiation meetings together with sales team providing strong alignment towards management goals on all Regional Projects.
Keep an up-to-date competitor\'s analysis under Products segment and Industry participation.
Active engagements and business development together with SEA General Managers / Sales Directors / Global Key Account Managers / Global Industry Managers (GID) / Feeder Factory Product Managers / to establish Project goals and Market development plans to drive and meet business commitments.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, instrumentation, Mechanical, Process Control or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
