Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the organization and coordination of all sales activities on engine and propulsion system for the Government vessels within the assigned countries (which countries)? \xe2\x80\x93 Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia and Bangladesh
Develop and evaluate sales activities and market potential for key customers within the assigned countries
Organize seminar, exhibition and promotion concepts to increase the market penetration
Act as the lead sales contact for the local distributor and subsidiary within the assigned countries
Supervise and support the sales performance of subsidiaries and distributors
Secure sales orders to meet annual sales target
Coordinate with order management and after-sales teams to manage the sales order from contract until completion of delivery and installation
Prepare sales strategies and sales reporting
Travels overseas on business as and when required (where? How often?) \xe2\x80\x93 once every 2 months
Qualifications and skills:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
At least 5 years of working experience in marine engine industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English and Chinese Language
