Job Description

We are FMCG beverage company and looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be a part of our Singapore team.

Applicant will play a crucial role in nurturing and growing the business to achieve the business expansion target and its coverage in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

Having experience working with distributors , monitoring and analyzing market trends, and building or maintaining relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Demonstrating experience in business development, sales management, and market analysis.

Having strong distribution management experience

to expand the business and source for new distributors in SEA markets.

Being able to drive the business through distributors and manage distributors on the ground.

Requirements:

Min. 5 years of experience in any of the following: FMCG, Confectionery, Snack, Beverage. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Having strong leadership and distributor management skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Able to travel often. * Diploma, or Bachelor's in Business or proven related experience.
