1. Take care of the key account customer base, overseeing all commercial aspects, including upselling and customer retention. 2. Drive Customer Retention & Expansion, aiming to increase the net retention of your business book with quarterly revenue targets. 3. Manage and cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts. 4. Collaborate closely with the Channel Sales Team to develop effective sales strategies and actionable plans. 5. Lead the complete sale cycle, from outbound lead generation to successfully closing deals. 6. Act as the point of brand and category expertise for key account customers, serving as a trusted business advisor. ???? Basic Qualifications: 1. 2+ years of related working experience in IT/computer hardware, UC or AV industries. 2. Highly successful at running a consultative sales process in large, complex organizations. 3. Ability to influence, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Chinese. Preferred Qualifications: 1. 2+ years of related working experience in the UC/AV industry. 2. Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of organizations. 3. Strong understanding of the UC industry 4. Experience in working with Enterprise accounts (over 1,000 employees).
