Manage key accounts and customers for the assigned countries within Southeast Asia region
Supervise day to day sales communication and service operation
Visit customers and report market updates regularly
Support Management in sales forecast for Budget and Strategy Plan
Support Management in defining targets and plans for key accounts
Work closely with Sales and Marketing, Product and Operation departments for ongoing projects
Build up roadmap of key projects and steer closely on regular basis
Work on key markets\' market sizes and share calculation to support Management in defining key and quick win projects in different region
Support Management in other assigned topics when required
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in business/ Marketing/ Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years of sales experience or key account management ideally in Automotive Aftermarket industry
Sales experience in filter and engine components/ automotive parts would be a plus
Highly motivated and performance driven
Good communication and negotiation skill
