Attend to sales enquiries from customers regionally and work closely with the operational team to coordinate on delivering of orders
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Manage assigned customer accounts locally and in the region
Process customers\xe2\x80\x99 orders i.e. price quotation, checking of stock (current stock, incoming and outgoing shipment to customers) to ensure sales attainment, communication of Proforma invoices and confirmation of shipment schedules
Be the point of contact to provide customers information on product pricing and stock availability
Work closely with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth shipments of orders to customers
Prepare documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick List for packing, Invoices, inventory checklist and other related documents
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales
Keep track on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors
Requirement:
At least professional qualification in business administration
2 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales coordination in the FMCG sector preferred
Good shipping acknowledge will be advantageous
Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Must be able to liaise with customers from South Asia i.e. Bangladeshi, Sri Lanka
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and able to meet tight deadlines
Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
