The Sales Support Specialist is accountable to support the Far & Middle East Hub Director in Singapore in the preparation, coordination and execution of sales-related projects across the 4 Regions of the Hub and in sales-related operative tasks, with a special focus on South East Asia & South Korea and on Network Development and Market Analysis.

The Opportunity

The Talent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales support role in B2B business environment, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Structured and organized person, skilled in numbers and business case exercises
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Culturally smart and sensitive, motivated by the opportunity to engage with the other APAC and Middle Eastern countries
  • Knowledge and experience with the local and regional car market is a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills, in particular Power Point and Excel
The Job
  • Monitor dealer operative standards and dealer network projects: CI-compliance, HR-compliance, DMS etc.
  • Follow up on strategic projects: Pre-owned business, personalization initiatives, retail financing
  • Overlook KPIs, analyse and report: Sales forecast, variable margin, target achievement, dealer profitability etc.
  • Prepare strategic sales projects and business cases related to investment/reinvestment of funds in the markets
  • Oversee the Hub new cars allocation plan
  • Ensure customer compliance/eligibility for special or limited allocations
  • Assist in the organization of sales trainings
  • Prepare business meetings
  • Coordinate action plans and recovery plans for dealership consistent with the defined objectives or identified shortfalls
  • Support the organization of customer events
  • Manage and control dealer orders with regards to criteria compliance
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and any other external factors that influence the business development
  • Conduct competitive analyses and price comparisons
  • Monitor the target achievement status for defined KPIs
  • Support the preparation of business meetings and customer meetings/events
  • Proactive communication between HQ and regional stakeholders (colleagues, regional offices, dealers)
  • Liaise with internal functions (marketing, after sales)
  • Ensure full support to administration and finance departments
  • Seek to make proposals for the improvement of work efficiency and the smoothing of processes
