Regional Sales Support Executive

Working Day: Mon to Fri

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.45pm

Location: Taiseng

Salary: $3000 - $3800

Key Responsibilities\xef\xbc\x9a

• Manage and attend to sales enquiries from assigned customer accounts regionally (Middle East & Europe), and work closely with the operational team to coordinate on delivering the orders.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Process customers\' orders i.e. price quotation, checking of stock (current stock, incoming and outgoing shipment to customers) to ensure sales attainment, communication of Proforma invoices and confirmation of shipment schedules
• Be the point of contact to provide customers information on product pricing and stock availability.
• Work closely with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth shipments of orders to customers.
• Prepare documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick List for packing, Invoices, inventory checklist and other related documents.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales.
• Keep track on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors.

Requirement:

• At least professional qualification in business administration.
• 2 or more years\' experience in sales coordination in the FMCG sector
• Good shipping acknowledge will be advantageous
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
