Work experience of 3 years in sales support, office administration, accounting or related area
Responsiveness and prompt, effective communication is critical for this role
Understanding of basic accounting, financial, and business operation principles
Responsible and diligent work, with attention to detail and accountability for performance

Excellent command of MS Office and standard electronic communication tools

The Job
Qualification and development of incoming leads for the APAC region (East Asia, South East Asia, Australia and Pacific)
In coordination with HQ, design and regularly review of marketing initiatives to increase company and product awareness in the APAC region, including via publications, sponsorship, event attendance, and partnerships
Business administration with regional distributors, receiving orders and activation of data services
Contribution to marketing activities, preparation of and participation on marketing events
Execute administrative, accounting and internal business processes, based on the guidance from management
Daily administrative tasks for the APAC office, organizing office operations and procedures
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Coordinating international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
