Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Regional Senior/Payroll Specialist to assist their Payroll Team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in North-West easily accessible. This Regional Senior/Payroll Specialist would be responsible for : Responsible in performing the day to day payroll processing activities. In charge of sending payroll related data to the local payroll bureaus for payroll processing, adhering to the payroll calendar deadlines. Responsible in ensuring the vendors make accurate and timely preparation of earnings statements and payment of wages for the employees in the countries assigned. Responsible in ensuring that Employees Net Pay payments are made on time. Responsible in performing peer review and back-up APAC Payroll team members Responsible in following payroll-related compliance and controls. Responsible in resolving level payroll problems and investigate any discrepancy. Responsible in acting as first point of escalation for general payroll related questions and be responsible for operation issue resolution or escalation for APAC Payroll Department. Responsible in responding to all internal and external inquiries on payroll related issues, social insurance, and taxation. Responsible to ensure timely responses for all payroll queries and where required following up with vendors or escalating to Regional Payroll Manager Responsible in identifying and presenting solutions for continuous process improvement and take training, workshops and knowledge sessions quarterly, at a minimum. Responsible in building and fostering "customer" relationships with key business partners, both internal and external. In charge of payroll audits, internal and external agencies in collaboration with correct stakeholder Responsible in documenting and maintaining payroll procedures manual Responsible in partnering, collaborate and support all key stakeholders, customer, local and Global Payroll Team. Responsible in performing routine and non-routine data retrieval, research, analysis, and reporting from payroll record as requested.
