About Our Client
Our client is a leading business in manufacturing. Being an International MNC, they emphasis in comprehensive on-boarding training in well rounded aspects. As they increase headcount in the SG office, they are looking for a Regional Training Specialist to come on-board and join their Regional HR team.
You will report to the HR Director, and your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with local offices for on-boarding training for new employees
- Conducting induction training on behalf of the company's HR team
- Liaising with technical trainers for overseas workshops
- Ensuring training and communications are smooth and meaningful
- Promoting a strong training culture as per the business's global guideline
- Reporting on training outcome and follow up on completion
- Managing training budget and operations
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate must have:
- at least 3 years of experience in regional training job scope
- proficiency in SAP
- strong teamwork spirit
