• At least 5 years of demonstratedexperience of Operations / Planning / Execution in fast movingproduct industry.
• Proven leadership skills includingexperience developing teams and supply chain process and systemsexpertise.
• Ability to set clear team direction,mentor, grow and develop each individual team member.
• Lean Thinker having strong analyticalskills, detail oriented and meticulous with strong eye for consumerand business focus
• Strong negotiation skills to resolveconflict and inspire change within and across functionaldepartments
• Strong interpersonal skills with thecapacity to connect and influence across various levels of theorganization
• Excellent communications skills (written,verbal & presentation) to all levels including experiencepresenting to executive
• Takes initiative, embraces change and hasa natural affinity to dive deep and challenge the statusquo
• Familiarity with Process Improvement andProject Management methodologies, experience of projects orknowledge of Six Sigma, AI/ML is an advantage.
• Experience in customs and/or regulationswithin Asian countries.
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalentERP systems.

Reporting into Shared Service Lead, PAC RO, the Channel &Corporate to Customer (C2C) Fulfilment Manager will be responsibleto provide leadership to create best in class supply chain, drivinggreat partner/sales experience, efficiency at scale throughstakeholder collaboration & leveraging automation technology; allthe while nurturing & sharing talent to develop well roundedleaders. - Develop and manage a team of fulfilment analysts toachieve Channel fulfilment, C2C, Specially account & Cost KPIsacross PAC - Accountable for Sales shipment, billing, delivery,returns and backlog activities, handling crisis, new productlaunches and operations reporting to internal / cross functionalstakeholders when necessary - Define and drive cross functionalstrategic initiatives involving process and tools that optimiseReseller Fulfilment metrics focused on cost, quality, and speed ofexecution - Be an inspiring leader in our approach to supply chainand fulfilment route to market strategies. - Define and maintainthe roadmap to eliminate any inefficiencies in the end-to-endchannel order fulfilment and returns process - Ideate and implementfuture capabilities, needed to streamline and scale the ROfulfilment execution, in close collaboration with BPR
