The Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) Regional Success Manager will be responsible for designing and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and value creation leveraging EMBER\xe2\x84\xa2. EMBER is a digital solution that leverages first principles and analytics to provide combustion optimization and monitoring insights to the world\'s largest refineries and petrochemical plants. We combine our deep subject matter expertise in combustion, process heating, and analytics to deliver insights and strategies that optimize operations and create value for our customers.

Our Team

This role will be reporting to Manager, Customer Success Engineering.

What You Will Do

• Develop close relationships with Customers to understand their business, operational, and technical needs
• Design and execute strategies to enable customer value creation through EMBER for fired heaters
• Technical escalation point for support issues/incidents
• Represent Koch Engineered Solutions within Customer environments and drive discussions with key decision makers around technical adoption of solutions, incidents, and support
• Serve as technical \'voice of the customer\' across KES working groups

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, math, engineering or related field, or 8+ years related work experience
• Experience working within refining, reforming, or petrochemical cracking process
• Experience with burners, boilers, or combustion equipment for industrial, refining, or manufacturing applications
• Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical-lead
• 25-50% travel

What Will Put You Ahead

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience
• Experience with data analytics
• combustion equipment within industrial, refining, or manufacturing operations
• 3+ years\' experience working with delayed cokers, reformers, or ethylene cracking furnaces
