• Position Title: Regional Supply Chain Coordinator / Inventory Control and Planning Specialist
• Working Location: HarbourFront
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9.00 am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $6,000 + AWS + $100 Mobile Reimbursement
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing supply plans, coordinating sales forecasts, and managing inventory for flexitanks/accessories supply.
• Ensure accurate costing for quotations and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with customs requirements.
• Maintaining up-to-date stock lists, generating invoices to Finance team, and conducting regular stock counts (from each region/depots/warehouse) and monthly global reconciliations via financial closing stock reports.
• Analyze cost structures and monitor equipment costs, as well as manage MSDS compatibility coordination with the manufacturer and Chemist.
• Handle damaged products, monitor refurbishment costs, ensure efficient shipment of products, and manage logistics to ensure compliance with customs and legal regulations.
• Responsible for the efficient and timely shipment of products from the company\'s warehouse to customers.
• Follow up with logistics and cargo delivery to the final destination without any customs or legal regulation issues.
• Review yearly physical repos costs compliance part of VCM.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, business administration, or related field and a minimum of five years\' experience in a similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Experience in supply chain data analysis.
