Job Description

We are looking for a regional supply chain planner who has prior experience in supply chain planning, project management and optimization.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Support monthly review of forecast for regional demand cycle

\xc2\xb7 Lead the replenishment to all regions to achieve budget and deliver compliant products to meet customer requirements

• Raises the purchase orders based on contractual agreed pricing and minimum ordering quantity.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring optimized inventory as per agreed parameters for MOQ and safety stock

• Supports the investigation of deviations and relevant CAPA to ensure product quality and processes are within regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in setting up supply chain KPI projects and improvement plans

\xc2\xb7 Improve and support SO&P processes for various units

\xc2\xb7 Establish information provision flow from suppliers and sales entities

\xc2\xb7 Analyse and prepare inventory data for expiry, slow moving goods and report to management

\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities for cost savings and manage relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain
• 5 years of supply chain work experience preferred.
• SAP / Power BI tools
• Able to perform in a fast pace & multicultural work environment
• Able to deliver and remain composed even under pressure
