Job Description

We are looking for a regional supply chain planner who has prior experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly review of forecast for regional demand cycle

• Develop demand forecast through data analytics tools/statistical models which indirectly drive supply & production planning

• Lead the replenishment to all regions to achieve budget and deliver compliant products to meet customer requirements

• Lead adhoc manual allocation and/or stockpile process and work with key stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met.

• Raises the purchase orders based on contractual agreed pricing and minimum ordering quantity.

• Ensuring optimized inventory as per agreed parameters for MOQ and safety stock

• Supports the investigation of deviations and relevant CAPA to ensure product quality and processes are within regulations.

• Participate in setting up supply chain KPI projects and improvement plans

• Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP meeting. Improve and support SO&P processes for various units

• Establish information provision flow from suppliers and sales entities

• Analyse and prepare inventory data for expiry, slow moving goods and report to management

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and manage relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in logistics or supply chain

• 3 years of supply chain work experience preferred.

• SAP / Power BI tools

• Able to perform in a fast pace & multicultural work environment

• Able to deliver and remain composed even under pressure
