We are responsible for analyzing Demand and securingSupply to support all of Apple’s Routes to Market in the APACregion; Apple’s Online Store, Apple’s Retail Chain and also Apple’swider Reseller Channel. You will utilise your analytical, planningor account management skills and will work in a dynamic consumergoods environments. You will develop, communicate, and executeend-to-end product demand and supply plans across all channels ofdistribution. You will be part of the APAC SDM Planningorganization and as the business develops, planners may supportother product ranges. Do you think strategically and executetactically? Description
Analytical - Liaise with Sales, Sales Finance and Worldwideplanning to balance supply &/ demand for the region. - Forecastend consumer demand for all channels. Evaluate associated risks andplan for contingency - Develop weekly and quarterly supply anddemand plans to meet Apple’s financial objectives - Presentforecast performance while highlighting changes in business trendsin order to drive strategy conversations - Analyse product sales ona weekly basis to recognize opportunities and drivecross-functional partners on both supply and demand side tomaximise end consumer sales - Work closely with cross-functionalteams to execute plans Driving Strategic Objectives - Driveanalysis to set launch quantities of new product introductions andto ensure smooth product transitions - Identify improvementopportunities in the product planning process, marshal resources,and drive projects to completion - Track & improve key metricsthrough process development - Complete root cause analyses anddevelop mitigation plans for any unexpected changes - Presentregular product updates and recommended actions to Operationsleadership

Education & Experience

- Masters/Bachelors degree ideally, however if you haverelevant experience, you are encouraged to apply! - Priorexperience in fields that demand multiplex quantitative analysissuch as finance or consulting is desired. - Prior experience inproduct planning, production control, inventory management, orproduction/manufacturing operations is a plus.
