The regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is in charge of successfully delivering Talents across the region. Your missions will be the following: Actively source and attract candidates by using social and digital media Lead the recruiting process from end to end from the launch to offer stage partnering with HRBPs and C&B Take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs, selection criteria and sourcing strategies. Handle your job requisitions and candidates in our ATS Participate actively in the design of digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events for your region Create new and simplified processes to introduce efficiency Track recruitment metrics and highlight challenges and possible solutions. Forecast hiring needs to manage volume and turnaround time Engage with external agencies (recruitment agencies/Headhunting firms etc) for facilitating hiring Organize and attend job fairs, campus hirings and recruitment events as needed Collaborate in sharing best practices within the Global TA Team. Signs of success: You manage the expectations of your Hiring Managers and advise them on their staffing process. You strike the right tone when working with internal colleagues and business leaders You are data-driven by providing reporting on your progress You like to work on transversal projects You ensure a positive and sustainable candidate experience You are the perfect candidate if: You have at least 5/6+ years of experience mainly in high-volume recruiting You have experience of managing the expectations of a large group of Hiring Managers being client focus You are able to manage a large number of hires without losing sight of the detail You have corporate experience, ideally in an international company You work in a very structured way and like to communicate professionally You have knowledge of recruitment trends and a proactive approach to using the latest tools and technologies You have experience with recruitment processes and applicant tracking, preferably with SuccessFactors RCM You are pro active, open to new things and like to share best practices Your English is at a very good level, and other languages will be a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese.)
