Job Description
Regional Technical Service Engineer
Our client is one of the manufacturer & supplier of analytical instruments and software providers in Singapore. The company has strong market presence locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
- To provide all technical related services to the clients when required.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders in driving business goals and customer satisfactions.
- To proactively provide effective solutions or technical supports to the clients and business partners whenever a service request arises.
- To be responsible for the proper maintenance of the service tools and equipment.
- Develop troubleshooting and repair skills.
- To take care of the physical inventories and reconciliation process.
- Diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to provide technical insights and troubleshooting of particle counters/ Climet/ PAMAS/ air sampling equipment.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the technical service field.
- Must be able to commit with minimally 10% of overseas business trip.
- Detail oriented and a self-learner.
- Normal working hours
- Overtime allowance is provided
- Able to start work immediately
