Regional Technical Analyst

What this job involves
The Regional Technical Services analyst will report to the Regional Technical Services Director and must ensure technical services are positioned to deliver efficiently, effectively, and consistently across the APAC operations to meet both legislative, best practice and contractual obligations.
Major Responsibilities
Administration support, data governance, reporting and quality assurance of regional tasks
Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting on regional technical services activities and operational achievements
Support sustainability related reporting and energy saving initiatives across the APAC real estate portfolio aligned to the Sustainability Workplace Standards (SWS)
Work closely with technical services teams on implementation and data governance of engineering initiatives
Key Change management technical quality assurance support/pre-work documentation review. Support change management submissions.
Track and support power down planning across the region including liaising with global teams on event schedule coordination
Attend weekly meetings with internal Lines of Business on change activities and their impact to business
Major works administrative support (including small works and capitalized projects)
Capacity and utilisation coordination, reviews and reporting for office tenancy, server rooms and labs
Support and track engineering regulatory compliance management
Technical reporting submissions for portfolio objectives, regular meetings and facilities performance
Support governance of drawings, OEM information and SOPS/EOPS for in country teams
Support for engineering standardisation tasks across Asia Pacific
Support the account engineering playbook compliance
Contract renewal governance of the technical scope with critical services vendors
Quality assurance checks of completed JLL delivered projects
Governance reviews of any planned JLL installation, commissioning, and programming of new or replaced equipment to ensure plans, designs, scopes, and goals are accurate
Review of all maintenance reports to ensure maintenance is conducted appropriately and performance issues are followed up
Responsible for audit preparation, delivery, and attestations of compliance for JLL and the client
Perform reviews of proposed capital expenditure buildings services projects from budgeting through to delivery inclusive critical asset & component lifecycle management.
Undertake adhoc tasks as required by the Regional Technical Services Director

Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency/improvements and implement agreed solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Ability to develop and explain complex operational management information to senior audiences

Comfortable working in a challenging environment as part of a team and is comfortable managing incidents and service failures
Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements
Strong analytical, organization and administration skills
Experience
Bachelor's degree
2 - 5 years of relevant analyst management, including Facilities management or MEP management, preferred or other relevant experience also considered
Interest and/or experience in facilities management is preferred
Experience in managing minor projects will be an added advantage
Experience working in Asia Pacific level is desired
