Regional Tender Executive

Job Description
General Description:
This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning
opportunities with the company's strategic objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the
- Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams
- Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation inline with the global tender management process
- Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
- Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis
- Trouble shoot any tender related issues and make concerted corrective actions plan to ensure
- Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required
- Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory
- Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
In job description
- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry
