Regional Tolling Manager - Your future position?

In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Supply and Tolling and will be based in our Woodlands office in Singapore. You will be actively supporting and driving best practices of tolling activities across the APAC region.

Core Responsibilities:

• Best Practices in Tolling across APAC
• Formalize the guidelines of tolling and ensure visibility and alignment
• Provide Visibility into KPIs and tolling activities
• Align with the Site Operations Head on the control and performance of KPI and Process Management
• Provide alignment of Tolling Strategy and its correlation with APAC Plants Capacity availability
• Sourcing of Toller to ensure alignment with APAC master plan strategy and business requirements
• Provide overall leadership to APAC sites on Toller Management and ensure control in all critical aspects
• Key Contact for Commercial on providing directives on how tolling will be done, execution at the site level

Your professional profile includes:

• With 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and/or operations preferably in the food, flavour manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success managing teams preferably in a customer-facing, supply chain, or operations role.
• University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.
• Ideally with product technical knowledge in spray dray, powder blend.
• Experience managing a regional diverse team would be a distinct advantage
• Experience working across cultural boundaries is desirable
• Experience working in a matrix organization is desirable
• Knowledge and experience in common ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
• Experience in the food-products would be an advantage
