My client, a leading organsation (MNC) in the Luxury Retail industry has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Training Executive (SEA)

Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to $4500
One Year Renewable contract
The Talent:
Minimum of 1 years of work experience
Proven knowledge and experience in an Events role
Hands-on experience in managing corporate program (End to end)
Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in using virtual communication applications, e.g. Zoom, MS Teams
Manage day to day operations of the Centre by coordinating with external vendors (e.g. ordering of stationery and pantry items, housekeeping services, product display, IT equipment, etc)
Manage bookings of facility by brands and other meetings and events. Assist with meeting requirements, including catering, video conferencing set-up
Calendar management
Manage payment to service providers by preparing payment requisition documents for approval, processing of claims, maintaining P&L
Logistical and administrative support for both in-person and online training programs, e.g. virtual training set-up and coordination, hotel accommodation for trainers, catering, room setup, preparing agenda, participant list, training material, welcome participants, generate evaluation report, recharge of program fees to brands
Support facilitation of in-house learning activities as required, such as Communities, Induction program and other Group-wide initiatives
