Job Description

Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical MNC. This is a newly created role as part of their business expansion in the Asia Pacific regional. We are looking for a qualified training professional to develop, facilitate and implement training curriculum to drive productivity and enhance customer engagement.Job Responsibilities: Define key competencies for the various country sales functions who interact direct to customers Plan for upgrading and upskilling of sales team Drive periodical assessment of competencies. Develop training modules (classroom, F2F, FLM coaching, train the trainer, web based, etc) to increase sales, medical/ scientific, analytic, customer oriented, etc skillsInitiate and implement SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs for physician, clinic staff and sales force (SFs) across the country Be able to drive salesforce productivity and improve quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting & segmentation, territory design/alignment, capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement and monitoring. Be able to develop, upgrade and monitor SF incentive programs Be able to quickly understand Key Account management and potentially drive Key account programs Align with company strategies and objectives on sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes Be able to implement local SFE performance monitoring dashboards and provide regular reports for Country Management teamRequirements: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration 3-5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry especially in sales leadership, sales & key account management will be an advantage Experience in conducting, facilitating effective sales training programs Project management experience including creating, managing, enhancing, training programs.
