Design effective regional training programs according to company requirements.
Prepare training materials, conduct workshops, individual training session etc.
Work closely with management to identify regional training needs, conduct annual training needs analysis and prepare annual training calendar.
Keep training records in hard copy/electronically.
During the course of your duties there will be occasions when the nature of your work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within, or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action or cessation of employment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
At least 5 years previous experience in the sales training capacity as manager
At least 10 years previous work experience in a retail setting
Good written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
Well understanding in retail business and sport product
Strong Project management, Problem-solving skill, Effective communication
