This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Singapore.
As Regional Vice President, Sales, Asia for FullStory, you are passionate about building and growing new regions. You know how to take the initiative, build pipeline, and close strategic deals in the key markets of SEA, India, and Greater China (GCR). You also are a leader and strategic thinker. You will become an advocate for Digital Experience in the Asia region and ultimately build and grow a team of high performing Account Executives. As Regional Vice President, you will report directly to the VP Sales, APAC.
In a typical day, you might:
Build upon and execute FullStory\'s GTM strategy for the SEA, India, and GCR markets to grow our new logo customer base.
Understand and work closely with our customer base and work collaboratively with Customer Success managers to drive Renewals and Expansions.
Develop and lead an exceptional team of Account Executives in the Growth, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Engage with the digital ecosystem partners to support sales opportunities and be the face of our company at marketing events and PR opportunities.
Manage KPI\'s and coach in relation to value selling to ensure each representative is well positioned for consistent and long term success.
Provide regular ongoing coaching, 1:1 and team-wide, to improve team performance and support their career paths.
Here\'s what we\'re looking for:
Direct B2B sales leadership experience in the SaaS industry in APAC markets with proven achievement of revenue goals.
Experience building/executing a GTM strategy that requires alignment with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partners, CX, Sales Engineering, SDR teams.
Experience hiring, leading, and mentoring team members to be the best version of themselves.
Experience working with prospects, customers, and partners.
The impact you will have in 6 months:
Build upon and execute the GTM strategy for SEA, India, and GCR markets.
Your book of business under management is growing via expansions and renewals, and accounts in your territory are seeing growth in their usage.
The impact you will have in 12 months:
You will be fully ramped, consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets for expansion, renewal, and usage- and enabling your reps to do the same.
You\'ve hit your stride as a manager, and are successfully performance managing your team.
