About Our Client:

Our client is a reputable and prominent Cosmetics manufacturing MNC. They are experts in the innovative development and production of a wide variety of products, supplying to the big players within the Cosmetic & Beauty Fortune 500 MNCs. They are currently seeking for an experienced SVP, Sales & Ops to lead the Asia Centre and spearhead the Group\'s business growth, strategic direction and expansion in APAC.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:
  • Execute the business strategy by conduct analysis across various Cross Functional teams / Business Units etc, provide and present insights to recommend windows of opportunities and gaps to work on
  • Design and spearhead the go-to-market strategy development across key Southeast Asia markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
  • Be accountable for the region\'s P&L, ensuring topline growth and bottom line profitability
  • Review and develop operational rhythm for the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Review across SEA
  • Develop a strong team - provide fair and clear leadership in a diverse work environment, ensuring inclusive and motivated culture
  • Manage the operational team across SEA - providing leadership to Manufacturing Factory Leaders
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimally about 10-15 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant experience within commercial sales and/or business development track records
  • Minimally about 8-15 years\' of relevant Team Management experience
  • Exposure to Consumer Goods / Retail / Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies
  • Possess high-level structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities (familiar with the various problem-solving approach)
  • You have excellent and highly commendable interpersonal skills, comfortable with senior executive stakeholder management
  • You are comfortable and a champion for innovation - have interest towards utilizing data for visualization and analysis
